Radeberger Spezialausschank

The Radeberger Spezialausschank couldn’t be more picturesque. Nestled into an old bridge master house right by the river Elbe. Surrounded by the most iconic sights right in the heart of the old town of Dresden. Only a few short steps to the world famous Semperoper, the ‚Zwinger‘, or the ‚Neumarkt‘ - the new market with the rebuilt Frauenkirche.

Originally built in 1848, the building was used to collect tolls to pass the Augustusbrücke, now the link between the old and new town. During the GDR times, it was the key point for the Saxon steamship industry. After a thoughtful restoration in 2000, it is now home to guests from all over the world to enjoy a Radeberger Pilsner with a view.

Over two floors, our guests can enjoy our world class beer. In fact, on the first floor, we installed fourcopper tanks, each filled with 1,000 litres of freshly brewed Radeberger Pilsner. It doesn’t get anyfresher than that. On the romantic rooftop, our guests can enjoy a view of Dresden that is fit for Kingsand Queens.

Besides the mouthwatering Saxon cuisine, the Radeberger Spezialausschank is ‚Spezial‘ for a reason. Itis the only restaurant in all of Dresden, where our exclusive Zwickelbier can be tasted. An unfilteredbeer specialty brewed in Radeberg, just a few miles away.
